If you have completed one or more years of your employment contract, your severance payment will be disbursed on the 10th of the following month after your resignation date. To ensure timely receipt of your severance, please follow these guidelines

There's no need to visit your bank to create an IRP Bank Account. All major banks allow you to create an IRP account using their official app. The app's interface may be slightly different depending on the bank and the version of the app, but this tutorial illustrates the process on creating an IRP account using the KEB Hana Bank app.

If you experience difficulty navigating the app, please ask your manager or staff member to assist you.

All documents related to your severance should be submitted prior to your resignation date to minimize the potential for processing delays. The earlier you submit these documents, the more efficient the process will be.
