As you approach the end of your tenure with us, it's important to clarify some details regarding your final compensation. Your last month's salary will be proportionally adjusted to reflect the actual number of days worked. For example, if your last working day is the 20th of August, your pay for that month will be calculated by prorating the first 20 days of the month (i.e., (Monthly Salary / 31) * 20).

If you work the entirety of your final month, your salary will be paid in full. Your final compensation, to be disbursed on the 25th of the month, will include your prorated salary, any accrued overtime, and any premium pay for work performed on a public holiday.

Please note that we do not facilitate overseas remittances or transfers to foreign bank accounts. For such services, we recommend consulting with your bank to establish an automatic overseas remittance to your non-Korean bank account.

Lastly, be aware that your company-provided GW account will be deactivated five days prior to your official resignation date. We advise backing up any crucial emails and downloading past paystubs before this occurs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
